BTW I sent your great globalization pdf. to colleagues at the college with whom I'm proposing a Labor Studies dept. One request/suggestion: that your main webpage begin with an explanation of your website/Mr. Costello (i.e., with the personal comments farther down the page, so that the many web surfers will not turn away.)
